Aimie joined Capita in October 2019 to lead the Customer Management division and is a member of the Executive Committee. Aimie is a proven global business leader with close to thirty years of experience in business operations and consulting. She spent more than twenty years at Accenture serving large client organisations in the US, Europe and Asia across the following industries: Airlines, Insurance, Health, Telecommunications, Consumer Products, Entertainment, Utilities, Government and Service Organisations. Aimie was promoted to Executive Partner in 2005 and held a number of senior leadership roles alongside her client work, including Global Human Capital Strategy Director, UKI Management Consulting Lead, MD for UK Health and the UKI Chief Innovation Officer. In her innovation work, she helped clients understand the impacts of changing consumer expectations and the digital world that was shaping their boardroom agendas. In addition to her work at Capita, Aimie is a non-executive director for Learning Technologies Group where she chairs the Remuneration Committee and sits on the Audit Committee. She also advises start-ups such as TechPixies, a digital learning organisation that helps women to change jobs or start businesses using digital technologies.
