Priya Dixit Vyas is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of the Heidrick Consulting Practice. She has more than 24 years of experience in large and complex multinational organizations.
Prior to joining Senn Delaney, which was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles, Priya worked with Citigroup for 14 years, where she held several senior leadership positions regionally and globally across Asia and EMEA. Most recently, she was a managing director and global head of wealth management. Prior to that, Priya was the EMEA head of sales and distribution for the retail bank. She has extensive experience in new market development and has led large business transformation programs with diverse cross-functional teams across multiple markets in Asia and Europe.
Priya’s work is based on her strong belief that an embedded, high-performance culture is the foundation on which great companies are built. She helps clients to understand that strong and sustainable business results are directly dependent on highly motivated and engaged employees who have the agility to continuously change and innovate in a dynamic environment. Inspired by the culture work Senn Delaney undertook with Citi, Priya championed the culture transformation program for the consumer bank. That work inspired her to begin the next phase of her career in culture shaping to make a positive impact on organizations, teams, and leaders globally.
Prior to working with Citigroup, Priya was with the Tata Group in India for 10 years, in Tata Administrative Services. She worked on strategic assignments spanning a wide section of industries, including telecom, consumer goods, hospitality, and automotive, and in international business development.
Priya earned a master’s degree in business administration from Imperial College, London, and a master’s degree in economics from India.
